Mala ulica is a caffee for parents and playroom for kids. With a clever RFID solution we have enabled easy access for annual premium members who are logged in social centre's database. 

Several entrances, several readers

Since Mala ulica has several entrances we had to position RFID readers at every entrance. The readers operating on RFID HF (high-frequency) easily enabled access to premium members, logged their arrival and departure, all with the help of contactless technology and contactless RFID smart cards.

Every child's parent received personalised access card to log their arrivals and departures. Not only that, the cards even reminded them a month before their subscription expiry date. The members received messages regarding subscription expiry date and were instructed how to extend their membership.

What goes on in the background?

User interface, especially prepared for Mala ulica, is entirely browser-based and requires no additional hardware. This means implentation expenses are very low. Whenever a new member is registered in the database (children, parents and possible other escorts) they are logged into the database and receive special rights. Afterwards they can access the centre's property without any supervision and with only their personalised RFID card any time between 8am to 7pm.
